We're a Sports Management Pvt Ltd company whose aim is to assist schools, colleges and other educational institutions, organizations, sports clubs, sports businesses and associations, from private and public sectors, to plan, manage, develop, promote and execute professional sports programs and projects.

BARZEL SPORTS MANAGEMENT PVT LTD led by our Managing Director Mrs. Tovika Sema, have a team of well-qualified professionals in their respective areas, adding value and high quality to its sports expertise. Our team is mentored by Mr. Clebson Duarte.

Coach Clebson Duarte is a Brazilian “A” licensed Professional Football Coach, with 14 years experience, certified by the SINTREFUTRJ - Union of Professional Football Coaches of Rio de Janeiro – Brazil. He has been coaching in countries of South America and Asia, designing and providing world class football training and consultancy to professional teams, schools and colleges, Govt. sports academies and private academies as well, and to several other sports businesses. He has given courses for the formation of new football coaches in different countries, providing his classes in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages.
